Its location is particularly good, near watchtower and West Gate-ideal location, historical old town od Khiva, and the Urganch taxi rank. The place to have dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Khorezm Art Restaurant, loved this place...

One highlight was the owner helping us plan a day trip to visit five fortresses, which turned out to be a great experience. 👌.

I had a great stay at Alibek B&B & Travel in Khiva. The location was perfect, just outside the main gate, so I could easily explore the tourist attractions and also go to the supermarket whenever I needed to. The double room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed, including a private little bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options. The staff, especially Shahbaz, who spoke excellent English, were very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, great location, and delicious breakfast.

The noise during the night was overwhelming and headache-inducing, with people snoring and everything shaking. I would recommend insisting on sleeping on the upper floors to avoid this issue.
